The 100 frame is made from marine grade aluminum and has a hinged base plate for easy installation. The canopy is manufactured from imported acrylic fabric. Spanish high performance canopy fabric is manufactured by Recasens established in 1886 in Barcelona.

The 200 super heavy duty commercial umbrella series has been manufactured in four stylish octagonal sizes: 13′, 16′, and 20′. The 4 inch square pole has an internal reinforced circular extruded cross section that offers both strength and stability in outdoor operations. The canopy oversized ribs are made from extruded aluminum. The 200 series has been designed by the Flare Shade team and is engineer certified for safe operation in a public place. The canopy is available in a large range of outdoor long life imported fabric from Spain. Recasens Spanish fabric is a high performance textile and available in many vibrant colors.
